I recently learned a bit more about deliverance and have realized that it does not need to be complicated. It simply means that you are coming out of agreement with negative influences, ideas, doctrine or entities.

If you have never had any deliverance prayer at all then you might want to say this in the company of a minister or prayer team.

The simple prayer goes like this:

“Dear Father, how I love You and praise You. How I thank You for delivering me from all things that are not of You. I hereby disagree with anything that is not of love and light. I break all bonds that are of darkness. In Jesus name. let it be done now. Amen”
